From the South (Route 93N)

1. Take 93 North to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/Cambridge).
2. Stay in the left lane on the exit ramp following the signs for North Station.
3. Once you pass the Museum of Science (which will be on your left-hand side) continue to the second set of lights.
4. Turn left onto Edwin Land Blvd. (There will be a sign pointing to Memorial Drive).
5. Once on Edwin Land Blvd., proceed straight through the first set of traffic lights.
6. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Binney Street.
7. Take your first right onto 1st Street. Genocea is the first building on the left.

From the North (Route 93S)

1. Take 93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/North Station).
2. Stay to the right, moving to the middle lane, following signs for Cambridge/Nashua Street/Museum of Science.
3. At the traffic signal, take a left onto Nashua Street (following signs for the Museum of Science).
4. Take the first right onto Route 28 North/Msgr O'Brien Highway. Pass the Museum of Science on your left.
5. Proceed to the second traffic light and take a left onto Edwin Land Boulevard.
6. Once on Edwin Land Blvd., proceed straight through the first set of traffic lights.
7. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Binney Street.
8. Take your first right onto 1st Street. Genocea is the first building on the left.

From the North (Route 1S - Toll Road)

1. Take Route 1 South over the Tobin Bridge. Once through the toll booth, stay in the far left lane following signs for "Boston/93 North/Route 1 South."
2. After 1/4 mile, take the exit marked "Route 28N/Cambridge/North Station."
3. Stay to the right at the fork, moving to the middle lane, following signs for "Route 28 North/Cambridge/North Station."
4. At the traffic signal, turn left onto Nashua Street.
5. Take the first right onto Route 28 North/Msgr. O'Brien Highway. Pass the Museum of Science on your left.
6. Proceed to the second traffic light and turn left onto Edwin Land Boulevard.
7. Once on Edwin Land Blvd., proceed straight through the first set of traffic lights.
8. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Binney Street.
9. Take your first right onto 1st Street. Genocea is the first building on the left.

From the Airport

1. Take the main airport roadway (one-way) out of the airport and follow signs for “Sumner Tunnel, Boston/Route 93 North.”
2. Go through the tunnel and follow signs for Storrow Drive. Proceed onto Storrow Drive and take the left exit for “Government Center.”
3. Turn right at the top of the ramp onto the Longfellow Bridge.
4. Proceed to the first traffic signal and turn right onto Third Street.
5. At the next set of lights turn right onto Binney Street.
6. At the next set of lights take a left onto 1st Street. Genocea is the first building on the left.

From the West via Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90 - Toll Road)

1. While Eastbound, make left turn to Exit 18 following signs to Brighton/Cambridge.
2. Stay in the right lane following signs to Cambridge/Somerville.
3. Cross over the Charles River on the River Street Bridge (Cambridge Street) and turn right at the traffic light onto Memorial Drive (Route #3).
4. Follow Memorial Drive East (Route #3 South) using the "cars only" option twice, then stay in the extreme right lane, along the Charles River, as Memorial Drive will become Edwin Land Boulevard.
5. Take a left at the next set of lights onto Binney Street.
6. Take your first right onto 1st Street. Genocea is the first building on the left.

Subway: MBTA Red Line

1. Take the Red Line to Kendall Square Station.
2. When you exit the station, you will be on Main Street. Walk East towards Boston.
3. On your left, you will see a traffic light at the corner of Broadway and Third Street.
4. Cross at this intersection and continue right down Main Street towards the Longfellow Bridge.
5. At the bridge, turn left and follow the curve (where Memorial Drive becomes Edwin H. Land Boulevard). The river will now be on the Right.
6. 1st Street runs parallel with Edwin H. Land Blvd. 161 1st Street will be approximately 4 blocks down on your left.

Subway: MBTA Green Line

1. Take the Green Line to Lechmere Station.
2. Exit the station and go under the small bridge following signs to Cambridge Street.
3. Cross to 1st Street. 161 1st Street is approximately 7 blocks down on the right.
